Hilton Grand Vacations Club The Crane Barbados

The grounds on this property are beautiful. Everything you need is on property. They had 3 restaurants, a general store, a cafe and much more. The rooms were clean, large and well maintained. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was filled with various food options every morning. We did get a chance to eat at ZEN which was absolutely delicious. They even have a shuttle that will take you to Ostins on Friday!! Overall this property is a property I would definitely recommend and go back to.

The staff we all friendly and helpful. I must mention Robyn the restaurant supervisor, she was very willing and accommodating to our concerns. Excellent service all round.

The lady at the front desk as soon as you walk in was calling me by my first name because I asked her she as so amazing. She is a true Gem and I work at the Hyatt. You guys will forever be welcomed here and I will provide the best service. Such amazing and respectful people.
